PRICING & BOOKING INFORMATION

Our standard camera is a Canon T8i DSLR, using various lenses. We also carry portable room lighting and can accommodate green screen or backdrop requirements. Drone footage may also be available upon request.

We capture the best and the most shots outside of business hours or during the least busy time of day. Early daylight may be great for many locations, as the new sun might illuminate your property and windows with perfect natural light. Nightlife locations can be accommodated to after-hours photoshoots.

We strive for a minimum of 5 professional photos per hour. However, different properties will yield different numbers of photos. To ensure you receive the most photos possible, please order a consultation. We will spend time before the photoshoot perfectly planning your photography.

Typically, photoshoots and final images require a deposit and final invoice to pay. But at TenStarPhotos, you'll pay for only the photoshoot (instead of a deposit), then you will purchase a photo package when the images are processed. This greatly simplifies the payment process for both you and us.

After each purchase, you will be emailed a receipt to use in your records for business purchases.

We typically will process photos for purchase within 72 hours. If we are busy, we may require up to 5 business days to process the images.

When the final photos are processed, we will send a mobile text and email with secure links to purchase the images.

Absolutely. We, like anyone, work best with a plan. A consultation helps us provide up to 3x more photos and also allows you time to introduce us to your business and photo ideas. Otherwise, we will be obliged to explore and "wing it" during the photoshoot to capture the most photos.

Dependent on the photoshoot, location, and photo package, the price per photo ranges from $60-$150. In most all cases, the price is less than a license for full image rights from Adobe; except you'll have custom, exclusive images from us (with unlimited rights of use).

Yes, as per our photography agreement, you will own unlimited rights to the images you purchase. We fully relinquish the photos to your full control.

If you scheduled a photoshoot, they will still be available to purchase at any point in TenStarPhotos.com's future. All photos from paid photoshoots are kept private. If we took the photo from public property on our own time, unpurchased photos may be repurposed or sold to other entities.

We offer refunds if you reside outside of our service area, and partial refunds for photoshoot cancellation.

There is a 25% fee if the photoshoot is cancelled. In other words, we'll refund you 75% of your purchase price.
